Ridge Outdoors Mission Work
Ridge Outdoors has developed a program to supply new defective or warranty returned boots to those who are less fortunate and have great need for Footwear.
These photos are from Guatemala, where 5 native Pastors spend their days travelling by foot to the local communities ministering and helping those who have lost hope or just need some support. Ridge supplies them with footwear that will help them be as comfortable as possible while walking hundreds of miles each month.
Most of these locals have no shoes or one pair that has to last them many years at a time so the donated footwear is much appreciated. We supply mostly new gear but even returned/defects are much better than anything that they would normally get to wear.
Our warehouse manager Franz Martens (shown below) has spent most of his life in the Mission field all over the world. He and others we work with show us the need and we provide the best we can.
